The author of the selected article has presented scrutiny of professional development of the educators on students learning outcomes using two renowned human development theories (Eun, 2019). Social cognitive and socio-cultural theories have been selected to form a relationship between professional development and improved classroom instructional gains. I would apply my daily professional development experiences to the planning stages of student learning cycles daily, either in classroom instructions or assessments, to consider their individual needs before meeting my personal or professional expectations. Also, ongoing research for knowing what is new in the teaching field, especially amalgamation of educational technology, would be a helpful attribute that I would want to teach in my practice for personal and professional growth alongside student learning. Effective implementation is the key to naturally enhanced professional development success once student learning goals are fulfilled.
